Cancellations and substitutions for the event must be submitted in writing via email (email@example.com).
If you are unable to attend the event after registering and submitting payment, you may send someone in your place. You must submit the person’s name and contact information in writing to NDRA via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), no less than seven days prior to the start of the event. Email requests will be honored.
